The figure on every door of this building is Gamma Boy, the mascot of billionlightyearland: a stick figure made from the letters B, L, Y and L.

He appears when he is least expected and leaves before you know he's there. He is a space troll, bouncing from planet to planet across the universe and infecting life with creativity mind viruses.

The viruses connect whoever catches them to the universal hive mind, an information dimension that can only be reached from our 4D dimension through consciousness.

Infected is not a bad word here. His viruses are benevolent: they help life instead of destroying it.

If you have read this far, the Bureau regrets to inform you that he has already been. Symptoms include ideas.
