- What you need
- the service, or a plain description if it isn't a listed one
- What it's for
- the goal, the audience, where it will be seen or used
- Timing
- any deadline or launch date, and how firm it is
- Budget
- a range if you have one — it helps us scope, it doesn't bind you
- References
- links to anything you like, dislike, or already have
- Best way to reach you
